Unless specifically stated in the promotion, this discount cannot be combined with any other offer. The percentage-off is applied at the item level, and does not apply to shipping and handling charges, taxes, and previous purchases. Discounts will be applied in your cart. If a source code is required, it must be entered before the discount/promotion will be applied.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from purchase unless otherwise stated. Exclusions apply to weekend purchases which will be packed and shipped as late as 4:30pm on Fridays. All orders placed after 5pm on Fridays will have to wait until the next occurring Monday ship. *If there is an issue with your order – please contact us immediately by email or phone.
The main carrier we use for shipping is the United States Postal Service. We also provide shipping via UPS and FedEx.
Free USPS Flat Rate Priority Shipping to all domestic orders within the United States with a minimum subtotal starting at $100.00 USD and up effective May 28th, 2019. To qualify for Free Shipping you must choose one of the Free Shipping options provided at checkout. The shipping address must be within the Unites States only. Any international orders or orders will be subjected to regular international shipping fees and tariffs as listed below.
*Taxes are not included in the $100.00 subtotal for Free Shipping – if you are tax exempt and are being charged taxes on our website – please contact us directly to fix or refund the tax on your order.
USPS: Priority, Priority Express, Parcel Select and First Class Mail (standard shipping method for all, single item orders)
UPS: Ground, 2-Day Air (may be subjected to additional fees), Next Day Air (may be subjected to additional fees)
FedEx: Ground, Express
International Shipping – all products should have the correct HS codes and weights listed. If you are an international customer and do not see a shipping method for your order – contact us directly to speak with a customer service representative about a UPS, FedEx or DHL shipping method that would work best for your area and the corresponding tax & tariffs for your order. We try to accommodate each international customer by discounting or funding a part of each shipment.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
ONLY MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON THE ACCENT BUILDERS HARDWARE WEBSITE CAN BE RETURNED TO ACCENTBUILDERSHARDWARE.COM. ABH ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH OTHER RETAILERS MUST BE RETURNED TO THEIR ORIGINAL POINT OF PURCHASE, AND ARE SUBJECT TO THOSE VENDORS’ RETURN POLICIES.
UNUSED MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN SALABLE CONDITION. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND UNLESS THE RETURN IS THE RESULT OF AN ERROR BY ABH, SUCH AS WRONG ITEM OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, OR DAMAGE SUSTAINED IN TRANSIT, IN WHICH CASES ABH WILL PROVIDE A RETURN LABEL. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WHEN THE RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED AND PROCESSED BY ABH.
PLEASE CONTACT ABH IMMEDIATELY IF YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, OR A PRODUCT THAT HAS SUSTAINED DAMAGE IN TRANSIT. ABH MAY REQUEST PHOTOGRAPHS OF INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. ABH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REIMBURSING PRODUCTS DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF INCORRECT INSTALLATION.
Accent Builders Hardware, Inc. reserves the right to not pay for return shipping on item returns. Only customers who have contacted us about product defects or other product related issues on their orders will be eligible for a free return shipping label.
Bulk & wholesale orders do not qualify for full returns or refunds. Only partial exchanges can be made if items were received with defects or damages upon receiving. Please contact us if you have any questions on these terms.
All refunds are subject to Accent Builders Hardware’s approval. In order to receive a refund on a product or order, you must first send back the item(s) to “Accent Builders Hardware, 386 Liberty Street, Beacon, NY, 12508” for quality assurance. Once items are received and go through quality assurance, we will then contact you and process a full or partial refund. Full refunds are only guaranteed to items deemed unused by the customer and received in excellent condition with original packaging. Partial refunds are granted to products that come back damaged or altered.
